Job Description
As a Graphic Design Professional, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that reflect our brand’s values and connect with our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to design promotional materials, digital assets, and brand visuals that effectively communicate our message and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with business goals.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Create visually appealing layouts and graphics for the company’s website, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Prepare files for print production, ensuring proper resolution, color schemes, and format compatibility.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure all designs adhere to them.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to ensure the company’s visual materials are modern and engaging.
- Assist with video and motion graphic design, if required.
- Work with external vendors to produce printed materials and ensure quality control.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and creative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience with both digital and print design formats.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in the plumbing, construction, or service industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with web-based graphics.
- Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics tools is a plus.
