Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with JH Plumbing U-Fix Ltd. You will work closely with the rest of the team to provide timely and efficient service while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Process service requests, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with the relevant teams.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Provide information about our plumbing services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing invoices and filing.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Track and report customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with all customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
