Job Description

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with JH Plumbing U-Fix Ltd. You will work closely with the rest of the team to provide timely and efficient service while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process service requests, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with the relevant teams.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Provide information about our plumbing services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as processing invoices and filing.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Track and report customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with all customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the plumbing or service industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service tools.
  • A customer service-related qualification would be advantageous.
